Sweepstake Term and Conditions

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING:

Our Summer Giveway begins at 0:00 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on June 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59 pm PST on June 15, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). . 

FREE ONLINE ENTRY:

You may submit one (1) online entry to this Sweepstakes by visiting https://beastlayer.com/pages/summer-giveaway and completing the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period with your name, state of residence, and email address and hitting “submit” on the form (“Entry”). 

1. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

2. The time shall be determined by the Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. All Entries must be received by no later than 11:59 PM PST on June 15, 2022.

3. Limit one entry per person, per email account. Entrants may only enter into the prize draw once during the Promotional Period. 

4. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email or DM on Twitter/Facebook from the Sponsor on or about June 16, 2022. The potential winner must respond to the notification message within 1 week and provide all requested information within 14 days of the first contact or attempted contact from the Sponsor or the potential prize may be forfeited.

5. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are the age of legal majority (e.g., 18 or 21) in their residence or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beast Layer and their close relatives and anyone otherwise of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

6. At Sponsor’s discretion, winner(s) may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is found to be not eligible, cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner via random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries or such alternate method as solely determined by Sponsor.

7. The prize is as follows: 1 x DJI Action 2 Dual-Screen Combo, which is valued at USD$519 Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

8. The Potential winner consent to the Sponsor’s using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, including social media, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Sweepstakes (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Sponsor’s.

9. By entering your email in this giveaway, you give Beast Layer to add you to their digital mailing list for which you can opt to network. You are providing your information to Beast Layer and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.

10. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering and/or participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. 

11. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Sponsor ’s control. Any changes to the Sweepstakes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Sponsor.
