What are rash guards?

For most cases, a rash guard is literally a "guard" against "rash." Most of the time you see people mention rash guard for surfing and martial arts, but it has now become a shirt for water sports, training, and outdoor activities.

What is the difference between a rash guard and compression shirt?

Simply put, our rash guards can serve as compression shirts for your running and training days, but not all compression shirts can be served as rash guards.
